If you are wanting healthy options for your family without the hassle of planning menus, making grocery lists, last minute runs to the store (because you don't have what you need), and sifting through millions of recipes online, you have finally found what you're looking for!
These are Medical Medium based menus (every recipe is his). They are gluten-free, dairy free, egg-free, plant-based, vegan... etc. These meal plans are here to help you make eating healthy a lifestyle, and that lifestyle a breeze!
What you get:
- A printable menu that includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-between snacks and evening tea. (Most recipes feed 2-4 people but you can adjust accordingly and save your own list!)
- Grocery pickup links (Walmart for local groceries and Amazon for other items)
- A printable grocery list, if you want to shop in person or make your own pickup lists elsewhere ;)
- Extra support links.
Whats on the Happiness Menu:
Breakfast: The Miracle Morning. (lime water, celery juice, Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie)
Snacks: bananas and avocados with optional brain shots from the Brain Saver Book.
Lunch: I kept this one super basic and did the Extractor Smoothie every day. (Medical Medium recommends the extractor smoothie every day if you are struggling with depression, so I went for it, and I'm LOVING it!)
Snack: Betrayal and Broken Trust Brain Shot and/or Ginger tea
Dinners: My families FAVORITE soup, Pot Pie soup, Leafy Green and Berry Salad, Roasted Tomato Soup with Potato Croutons, Greek Salad, Zucchini noodles with Marinara, Cobb Salad with Homemade Ranch & Lentil Shepherds Pie.
Evenings: Lemon/Lime water & Hibiscus tea
*I alternated between soup and salad for dinners on purpose. I often have leftovers and if I need something more hearty for lunch or dinner, I'll almost always have something in there to grab. The pot pie soup lasts for days and we all loooove pouring a bowl throughout the day.
**This menu is NOT meant to function like a cleanse. If you go out to eat, or do something else for one of the meals, great! If you like to add chicken to your salads, great! If you want to add beef and cheese to your marinara, I won't judge you ;) This is simply a menu to post on the fridge and make your life a little bit healthier and easier.
Just think... no more staring in the pantry with glazed eyes and no ideas... ahhh.
